For the first round of State exams, the Ministry of National Education expects to welcome 187,419 candidates from the 9th AF, 2,308 from Teacher Training Schools and Kindergarten Teacher Training Schools (ENIJE), and 424 from Family Education Centers (CEF).

"We are ready to administer the official exams nationwide," stated Augustin Antoine, the Minister of National Education, specifying that all critical steps related to the organization of these exams have been completed. All forms have been printed and submitted for several days to the Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE), which are responsible for sending them to schools.

Thus, for the Minister, everything is ready for the organization of these official exams, expressing his satisfaction with the smooth running of the remedial courses, which have greatly helped students in the 9th Fundamental Year and Secondary 4 to better prepare for the official exams.

Furthermore, Minister Antoine reiterated that "cellphones are prohibited in the examination centers, with the exception of center managers who may use one if necessary. No other personnel are authorized to enter a center equipped with a phone. Otherwise, the item will be confiscated."

As for those tempted to cheat, they will be severely punished, the Minister warned.

For his part, Professor Yves Roblin, Director General of the Ministry, reiterated the responsibility of everyone involved in the organization of the exams. The Ministry, he stated, is working in collaboration with law enforcement and judicial authorities to ensure the security of this major operation and to crack down, if necessary, on "resquilleurs" or any harmful element that might threaten the immediate environment of the examination centers.

Professor Yves Roblin took the time to reiterate the guidelines to be followed by candidates, examination center managers, supervisors, invigilators, and center security officers, while issuing a warning to potential cheaters.

Inspector General Renan Michel provided clarifications regarding the 9th Year Fundamental exams, which begin on the first day at 9:30 a.m. to give participants sufficient time to find their exam center. However, exams will begin all other days at 8:30 a.m.

He also took the opportunity to advise students against participating in indecent or libertine activities after the exams. "Candidates are prohibited from organizing or taking part in any form of demonstration that may appear debauched in the streets or any other public space." Law enforcement is on alert and ready to crack down on them."

- 9th Fundemental Year :

from June 30 to July 3rd, 2025;

- Normal School for Teachers and Kindergartens :

from June 30 to July 3rd, 2023;

- Family Education Center :

from June 30 to July 3rd, 2025;

- End of Secondary Studies (Baccalauréat) :

from July 14 to 17, 2025;

- Technical and Vocational Training :

From July 7 to August 1st, 2025.
