Haiti - FLASH : Call for subcontracting, Anse d’Hainault and Dame-Marie hybrid solar mini-grids

As part of the call for tenders launched by the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANARSE) for the operation of the Anse d'Hainault and Dame-Marie mini-grids in Haiti, EarthSpark International, the developer selected following the selection process, is recruiting a specialized construction firm.

This milestone marks an important step in the implementation of this energy infrastructure, which aims to provide reliable, clean, and accessible electricity to thousands of residents of the Grand'Anse department. EarthSpark International has published the details of this subcontracting opportunity on its website.

Download the documentation and full details of the request for proposals (PDF in English) : https://www.haitilibre.com/docs/rfp_earthsparkphares_2grids_dm_adh_20250531.pdf

Interested firms are invited to submit their proposals according to the terms and conditions indicated in the call for expressions of interest. This open process is part of the shared commitment of ANARSE and its partners to ensure transparency, competitiveness, and quality in the implementation of decentralized energy projects.

As a reminder, the development of hybrid solar mini-grids in rural and peri-urban areas is part of ANARSE's strategic vision for the Haitian energy sector, which promotes inclusive and sustainable electrification focused on the real needs of communities.

ANARSE congratulates EarthSpark on this new development and encourages qualified national and international companies to actively participate in this call.
