On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, during a press conference held at the Haitian National Police (PNH) press room in Clercine, the spokesperson for the police, Divisional Commissioner Michel Ange Louis Jeune, presented the results of police operations and interventions carried out during the month of May.

"Several specialized units conducted a major operation in the territory of the 'Kraze Baryè' gang, led by Vitelhomme Innocent. Several houses were searched, and a significant quantity of firearms and ammunition was seized," said the spokesperson, who declined to confirm or deny reports that Vitelhomme Innocent had been injured.

In fact, 91 firearms were seized by the police and approximately 100 arrests were made, including members of various gangs.
