Haiti - Videoconference : Important meeting at the Ministry of Planning

On Saturday, April 5, 2025, Ketleen Florestal, Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, held an important videoconference meeting with the Departmental Directors of her Ministry.

The objective of this meeting was to discuss previously submitted action plans, inform Departmental Directors of new initiatives aimed at strengthening regional structures, and better understand the human and material resource needs to carry out their missions.

"I am pleased to be able to organize this new meeting with you today, to begin this period of close dialogue, in order to facilitate better coordination of the Ministry's actions and activities across all Departments. [...] This ongoing dialogue will allow for a better appreciation of the specific needs of each region, for improved performance of the NHOs' operations and activities," explained Minister Florestal, adding, "It will be followed by bilateral discussions with each Departmental Directorate and occasional field visits."
