Monday, October 14, 2024, for the 4th Group match of League B of the 2024 Nations League (CNL) of the Confederation of North, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF), our Grenadiers (Group C) on the field of the "Guillermo Prospero Trinidad Stadion" in Oranjestad (Aruba) won a 4th consecutive victory by beating Aruba [5-3].

Starting lineup:

To face Aruba in the return match, French coach Sébastien Migné revealed the composition of his team, including a change in each line. Garissone Innocent will start in goal (replacing Johny Placide), Markhus Lacroix aka "Duke" in defense (replacing Martin Expérience), Christopher Attys in midfield (replacing Leverton Pierre), and Don Deedson Louicius in attack (replacing Frantzdy Pierrot).

Aruba opened the score on a penalty converted by Rovien Ostiana (14') [0-1], but Danley Jean Jacques quickly equalized at 16' [1-1]

On a free kick Ostiana surprised goalkeeper Garisonne Innocent, giving Aruba the advantage again at 20' [1-2]. Louicius Deedson equalizes for Haiti just before the break at the 42nd minute [2-2]

After the break, Haiti regains the advantage on a penalty from Duckens Nazon at the 66th minute [3-2], followed by Fafa Picault on a penalty at the 75th minute [4-2] reduced by Jayden Kruderof at the 78th minute for Aruba [4-3]. Frantzdy Pierrot also on a penalty pushes the score in favor of Haiti at the 89th minute [5-3] a score that will remain unchanged at the end of regulation time.

This 4th consecutive victory allows Haiti to get closer to its objectives: promotion to League A and direct qualification for the 2025 Gold Cup. Barring incredible bad luck in the last 2 games in November, Haiti should qualify for the Gold Cup and access League A.
