Haiti - Politic : Speech of Martelly, a gesture of appeasement according to Senator Bastien
The Senator of North Kély Bastien, reacted yesterday to the speech of President Martelly https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-4326-haiti-politic-michel-martelly-speaks-to-the-nation.html encouraging the dialogue and the gathering, describing it of "gesture of appeasement" that can create the conditions necessary for a national debate on the problems the country is facing.
