The Presidency informs that William Ruto, the President of the Republic of Kenya, will pay an official visit to Haiti this Saturday, September 21, 2024.

This visit is part of the strengthening of bilateral relations between Haiti and Kenya, with a particular focus on cooperation in security and development.

Edgard Leblanc Fils, President of the Transitional Council and his Kenyan counterpart will also discuss several issues of international interest.

The Presidency's Communication Office specifies that other additional information on the official program will be communicated shortly.

The welcoming ceremony will take place this Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the diplomatic lounge of Toussaint Louverture International Airport.
