Saturday June 29, 2024, as part of the change of command, on the instructions of the new acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) Rameau Normil, Inspector General Péyo Smith proceeded in the presence of police officers of all ranks and grads, with the installation of 2 new Departmental Directors for the West.

Departmental Director West 1 :

Installation of the new Departmental Director of West-1: Divisional Commissioner Julbert Conseillant. He replaces Principal Commissioner Yvon Cantave in this position.

Departmental Director West 2 :

Installation of the new Departmental Director of West-2: Divisional Commissioner Xavier Séide. He replaces Principal Commissioner Roger Lamartinière in this position.

Note that the two replaced Principal Commissioners, Cantave Yvon and Roger Lamartinière were transferred to the Cabinet of Rameau Normil
