Haiti - Case Bélizaire : This is not a crisis Martelly-Belizaire

"...we know that at the level of both chambers, there are debates on the current situation in Haiti, that many people consider as a crisis, that we can consider as a crisis, the President of the Republic continues to consider it as a opportunity which is open, to the three powers to find a way to put our heads together to govern the country during the next five years, or the four years remaining...
