At the end of their discussions, it was agreed to set up an electoral office composed of three members including the two non-voting members of the CPT and a third who will be drawn by lot, on election day, from among the members of the sectors voters who do not have a candidate. According to the document adopted by the Presidential Advisors, the presidency of the electoral office will be ensured by one of the non-voting members of the CPT chosen by consensus on election day. "If a candidate obtains an absolute majority of the vote (4/7), he is declared the winner. In the event of a second round, the vote must be cast for one or the other candidate, in accordance with article 7 of the draft decree. If applicable, the same voting procedure applies."
