Friday March 29, the CMA CGM Maritime Group announced that due to the worsening security situation in the surroundings of Port-au-Prince it is suspending its stopovers at the Port of Lafiteau terminal, located in 20 km from the capital.

Let's remember that 2 weeks ago the CMA CGM Group suspended its stopovers in Port-au-Prince, to fall back on the Lafiteau terminal served by its weekly CAGEMA 2 service, operated with ships belonging to CMA CGM. https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41899-haiti-notice-cma-cgm-suspends-its-stopovers-in-port-au-prince.html

For the northern part of Haiti, CMA CGM will continue to make a stopover in Cap-Haitien as usual for the moment.
