President Joe Biden authorized the Secretary of State to tap a $10 million funding fund to procure military equipment, services and training to increase Haiti's capacity to fight criminality.

Targeted funds will be aimed at providing specific anti-crime and anti-narcotics assistance under Chapter 8 of Part I of the FAA's developed framework for providing assistance.
