The Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, congratulated Haitian actors for having accepted on Monday March 11 in Jamaica the agreement aimed at forming a Presidential Transitional Council https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41864-haiti-flash-acting-prime-minister-ariel-henry-resigns-video.html . He calls on them to converge their efforts to implement this agreement.

Political parties and personalities from Haiti were still working on Wednesday (deadline) to try to name the name of their representative in debates where divisions are breaking out and which shows the fragility of this agreement.

State of the situation in the appointment of representatives :

1 - Collective of January 30: Representative not communicated
2 - Montana Agreement: Representative Fritz Alphonse Jean (except last minute change)
3 - Agreement of December 21, 2022: Representative the former deputy Vikerson Garnier who is contested by Me André Michel, Marjorie Michel, Edmonde S. Bauzile and Sorel Jacinthe who seek to impose the former deputy for Desdunes Levaillant Louis-Jeune as Representative.
