Registration for the "MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program" scholarships for the year 2024 is open until February 25, 2024.

This study scholarship is intended for Haitians wishing to continue their studies in License (Bachelor), Masters (Master) or Doctorate (Ph.D) programs in Taiwan.

The program is taught in Mandarin : of which a year of language learning is integrated into the scholarship.

Number of years granted by each discipline

- License (Bachelor)：4 years of university studies (maximum 5 years)

- Master’s degree： 2 years of university studies (maximum 3 years)

- Doctorate (Ph.D)：4 years of university studies (maximum 5 years)

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s studies

Be under 23 years old.

Have a good knowledge of English.

Have a high school diploma.

Have obtained at least the following grades in BAC II：

Philo A：825/1100; Philo C：1275/1700; Philo D：1200/1600

or have obtained at least 7.5/10 (1350/1800 or 1425/1900) average in the BAC Unique.

Master’s studies :

Be under 30 years old.

Have a good knowledge of English.

Have an undergraduate university degree (license), delivered by a public university or a private university recognized by the Ministry of National Education (MENFP).

Doctoral Studies :

Have a second cycle university degree (master's degree), delivered by a public university or a private university recognized by the MENFP.

2. An autobiography (in English of 500 words);

3. A copy of the National Identification Card (CIN);

4. A current passport copy;

5. A copy of the latest diploma depending on the studies planned to be pursued, authenticated with the competent authority of the Haitian government with a certified English translation.

6. A copy of the latest study notes authenticated with the competent authority of the Haitian government with a certified English translation

Selection procedure :

1. Applicants must submit their application before February 25, 2024 to the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan), located at #22, Rue Lucien Hubert, Morne Calvaire, Pétion-Ville, in an envelope indicating Scholarship application "MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program"

2. Successful pre-selection candidates will be informed by email or telephone to participate in a written and oral examination later.
