Registration for the "ICDF International High Education Scholarship Program" scholarships for the year 2024 is open until February 25, 2024

This study scholarship is intended for Haitians wishing to continue their studies in License (Bachelor), Masters (Master) or Doctorate (Ph.D) programs in Taiwan in 28 specific study programs in Taiwan.

Number of years granted by each discipline

- Master’s degree: 2 years of university studies

- Doctorate (Ph.D)：4 years of university studies (total 4 years)

Master’s degree Required qualifications:

Be under 30 years old.

Have a good knowledge of English.

Have an undergraduate university degree (license), delivered by a public university or a private university recognized by the Ministry of National Education (MENFP).

PhD studies Required qualifications:

Have a good knowledge of English.

Have a second cycle university degree (master's degree), delivered by a public university or a private university recognized by the MENFP.

Documents required for submitting applications:

1. Applicants are first invited to register on the Taiwan ICDF website: https://roc-taiwan.org/uploads/sites/198/2024/01/File_3-2.pdf After online registration, please print/sign the form before submitting it to the Embassy;

2. Applicants are invited at the same time to register on the website of the programs that interest them;

3. An autobiography (in English of 500 words);

4. A copy of the National Identification Card (CIN);

5. A current copy of passport;

6. A copy of the latest diploma depending on the studies planned to be pursued, authenticated with the competent authority of the Haitian government with a certified English translation;

7. Two letters of recommendation;

8. Certificate of an English test (advanced level);

9. A copy of the latest study notes authenticated with the competent authority of the Haitian government with a certified English translation;

11. For doctoral studies, a study and research project is mandatory.

Selection Procedures :

1 Applicants must submit their application before February 25, 2024 to the Embassy of Taiwan (Republic of China) located at #22, Rue Lucien Hubert, Morne Calvaire, Pétion-Ville, in an envelope indicating Scholarship application "ICDF INTERNATIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM".

2. Successful pre-selection candidates will be informed by email or telephone to participate in a written and oral examination later.
