"Yonyon" renounces trial by jury

Wednesday January 17 Germine Joly, alias "Yonyon", the former leader of the "400 Mawozo" gang in an unusual request to US District Court Judge John D. Bates renounces his right to a trial by jury in the United States and instead requests a bench trial (without a jury, the decision then being up to the judge).
