Haiti - FLASH : Permanent baccalaureate, session of failed candidates important information

In order to guarantee the smooth running of the first session of the permanent baccalaureate for those who failed (academic year 2023-2024), which will be held at the national level from Monday 18 to Friday 22 December 2023 the Ministry of Education Nationale reminds that only well-identified teachers will be able to join examination centers as supervisors and invigilators.

The ministry sent an email to the 3,676 educational agents confirming their participation in the exams.

Furthermore, with regard to candidates residing in certain difficult areas who would have great difficulty accessing examination centers, the Ministry asks the nearest center managers to welcome these candidates in asking them to prepare a report to justify this decision.

If, despite this, a candidate does not compose during this session, it may do so according to the schedule of the Permanent Evaluation Center (CPEV) which will be published soon.

The MENFP relies on the understanding and support of the social partners, in particular the educational community, in general, while asking the departmental directors of education to remain vigilant in order to enforce these measures so that these tests can take place correctly for the 35,979 candidates participating in this session.
