Haiti - NOTICE : The OAVCT increases the compensation limits (new rates)
The General Directorate of the Office of Vehicle Insurance Against Third Parties (OAVCT) has made public a revision of the compensation limits for coverage granted to material damage and bodily injury.
These new increases in the compensation amounts for material and bodily injury coverage are increasing very sharply.
It should be noted that this is the first increase in the amount of compensation limits since the adoption of the law in 2003.
