More and more Haitians are leaving the country...

Haitians are increasingly leaving the country to go to the Mexico/United States border via Nicaragua. According to ABC news, 260 charter flights carrying 31,000 Haitians have been recorded in recent months.

Ms. Myrlande Manigat, President of the High Council of the Transition (HCT), does not see February 7, 2024 as a deadline. 3 medals at the Pan American Games

At the Pan American Games in Santiago Haiti Cédrick Belony-Duliepre won the bronze medal after his defeat in the semi-final against Brazilian Wanderley Pereira De Souza. Nearly 108,500 civil servants

Excluding contract workers, the Haitian public administration in 2023 has 108,463 civil servants (77,000 men, or 71%, and 31,079 women, or 29%) whose payroll amounts to 3 billion 982 million 291,304 gourdes according to Jean Michel Silin of the General Budget Directorate (DGB).
