Haiti - Episcopal Church : The investigating judge issued his order in the arms and ammunition trafficking case

As part of the investigation into the discovery of a large shipment of weapons and ammunition involving members of the Episcopal Church of Haiti (EEH) on Wednesday July 14, 2022 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-37154-haiti-flash-seizure-of-weapons-and-ammunition-imported-under-cover-of-the-franchise-of-the-episcopal-church-of-haiti.html, the judge Marthel Jean-Claude issued his order which was sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office, in which he exonerated 18 people in this case and referred 6 others to the criminal court

Extracts from the order of Judge Marthel Jean-Claude:

"[...] the acts of illicit trafficking in firearms and ammunition, forgery and use of forgery, tax evasion, illicit enrichment, breach of trust and criminal conspiracy charged with the names Mamion ST Germain, Rubens Vilmont, Dianika Jules, Kleberson Jules, Jean Mardoche Vil, Ronald Docteur, Gerald Remplais, Trevol Moïse, Previllon Renet, Steeve Jean and Gracia Jean Ralph are not characterized, the clues and charges are not sufficient, send them out of the prevention links [...]"

"[...] There is no reason to follow against: Mrs. Gina Jean Louis Rolles, Mr. Frantz Cole, Mr. Jean Mardoché Vil, Mr. Jean Marie Gilles, Mr. Mamion Saint-Germain, Mr. Fritz Desire, Mr. Jean Ralph Gracia, Mr. Steeve Jean, Mr. Prévilon Renet, Mr. Trevol Moïse, Mr. Jude Alain Louis, Mr. Gerald Ramplais, Mr. Ronald Docteur, Mr. Kléberson Jules, Mrs. Dianika Jules, for the acts of transport and illegal trafficking of firearms and ammunition, complicity in the transport and illegal trafficking of firearms, ammunition, financing of terrorism, counterfeit currency, tax evasion, tax evasion, smuggling and criminal association [...]"

On the other hand, in his order, Judge Marthel Jean-Claude indicates that there are "[...] characterized facts, charges and sufficient evidence, which must be followed against the named Vundla Sikhumbuzo , Remy Lindor, Dieune Day, Isaac Alerte, Fernand Jean Pierre and Franklin Batista as perpetrators of the crime, refer them accordingly to the criminal court [...]"
