A circular dated September 15, 2023, signed by the Minister of National Education Nesmy Manigat informs that on Monday September 18, 2023, the process of online registration of class formation lists (list of students) will begin for the academic year 2023-2024.

This action by the Ministry is part of a government decision to grant a unique identifier to all students and also aims to facilitate the work of school directors and users of the system.

It also paves the way for the digitization and security of school archives including report cards and other end-of-year decisions, making it possible, among other things, to follow the student's entire school career.

Online registration is mandatory for all public and private schools across the country. This is an essential condition for the registration of candidates for state exams and for the accreditation of private schools. In addition, this identifier will be mandatory for obtaining any administrative document (transcripts, diplomas, certificates, legalization of documents, etc...) from the ministry.

Apart from the student's email, this identifier is also an essential element for registering students on the future high school 2.0 platform in order to benefit from online courses for continuity of learning, from the first week of October 2023.

Online registration, by school directors, of class formation lists (list of students) at all levels : preschool, fundamental and secondary, is planned during the period from September 18 to 17 November 2023, through the MENFP website : www.menfp.gouv.ht

Note that a similar online registration process is being considered for non-formal education and will be launched soon.
