The Lotto Internationale S.A, LISA, has resumed its activities Tuesday with the launch, at a press conference held at the premises of the company, to the fifth floor of the tower Digicel, to Turgeau, of BOLOTO Promo, the first mobile lottery game, available nationwide from the Digicel network.
