The National Police of Haiti (PNH) announced the arrest of 2 individuals Mercius Patrick (44 years old) and the Young Rolanda Petit-Homme, members of a network of crooks in the department of Artibonite, who extorted the money to people who wanted to apply for the Biden administration's new conditional residency ("Humanitarian Parole") program.

Regrettable incidents have been reported, particularly at the offices of Pétion-Ville, Tabarre and Delmas. Losses of human life have been documented," lamented the OPC.
