Magistrates standing : Work stoppage announced

Sunday, February 26, 2023, following the non-respect by the Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry of the commitments made on August 31 and September 5, 2022, the collective of Standing Magistrates of Haiti (COMADH) announces in a note a work stoppage from Wednesday March 1st, 2023, in order to demand better working conditions.

25 complaints related to the functioning of the Public Prosecutor's Offices

The judicial inspection service has received 25 complaints over the past four months and heard 23 cases related to the functioning of the Public Prosecutor's Offices of the Republic, informs the Ministry of Justice.

The play "Danta" on tour in Haiti

The "Danta" theater play tour in several universities in the country started on February 15 and ends on March 10.
