This call for applications allows Haitian undergraduate students from higher education institutions that are members of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and interested in the field of human rights, to benefit from local scholarships for university studies and "memoirs".

It is aimed at students working on the question of Human Rights or wishing to deepen this theme in their research work. By Human Rights, one mean : individual freedoms, fundamental rights, collective rights, rights specific to minorities or vulnerable groups such as women, prisoners, minors.

Types of scholarships awarded:

- Scholarships for the end of the 1st cycle (transition from the 3rd to the 4th year of license);

- Support scholarships for end of 1st cycle dissertations (4th year dissertation).
