So far, Canada has already adopted sanctions against Joseph Lambert, Youri Latortue, Jimmy Chérizier, Gary Bodeau, Rony Célestin, Hervé Fourcand, Michel Martelly, Jean Henry Céant, Laurent Lamothe, Gilbert Bigio, Reynol Deeb and Sherif Abdallah.
