Haiti - Justice : Ammunition trafficking, 2 Haitians imprisoned in the Dominican Republic 19/11/2022 09:44:46
The Public Ministry, represented by the prosecutor Ramil Cadet, showed that the two accused had been caught in flagrante delicto, in violation of articles 265 and 266 of the Dominican Penal Code and article 70 of law 631-16 for the control and the regulation of arms, ammunition and related materials.
