Frantz Elbé, Director General ai of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), met this week with Michel Chanoux, First Counselor and Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of France in Haiti on the evolution of the security situation from the country. A meeting during which the question relating to the strengthening of the operational capacity of the National Police of Haiti was vigorously debated.

These discussions took place in the presence of members of the high command including the DCPA Joany Canéus, the DCPJ Frédéric Leconte and the Director of Cabinet Jackson Hilaire.

Executives of the French Armed Forces including Colonel Grégory Charvieux, Defense Attaché based in Martinique and Sergeant Chef Christian Souma of the General Staff of the French Armed Forces in the West Indies also took part in these exchanges.
