Saturday September 10, 2022, in an interview on the Dominican TV channel Vision RDN, the former Ambassador of Haiti to the Dominican Republic Paul Arcelin accused the former Prime Minister a.i. Claude Joseph of maintaining relations with armed gangs.

For the former Ambassador of Haiti when Claude Joseph was Prime Minister "[...] There is no doubt that as Prime Minister of Jovenel Moïse who controlled the gangs, he also participated in the control of the gangs [...] »

Asked what he thought of the decision of the Dominican Government to prohibit Claude Joseph from entering Dominican territory, the former diplonate said "[...] the Dominican Government, being aware perhaps Ti Claude's contacts with the armed gangs, he took his decision [...]"

It was also discussed where the guns the gangs have come from and he pointed to the United States, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. There was also talk, among other things, of the mineral wealth of Haiti and the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse...
