An important member "5 Seconds" gang member arrested

Friday, September 2, Delva Ojes, alias "Deported", one of the important members of the "5 seconds" gang led by "Izo", operating in Village de Dieu, was arrested by police officers assigned to the Port-au-Prince Police Station.

Demonstration : tension in Cap-Haitien
