Haiti - Technology : Civil Protection increases its satellite communication capacities

"The Starlink modems received from SpaceX are being deployed at the various DPC sites in the departments across the country to facilitate the reporting of information [by satellite] for better coordination during a disaster and the management of of victims."

Let's recall that Starlink is a broadband satellite service company for Internet access, owned by billionaire Elon Musk.
