Haiti - Arms trafficking : Father Frantz Cole for the 3rd time did not show up at the DCPJ

As part of the investigation into the seizure of weapons and ammunition hidden in a container under the cover of the franchise held by the Episcopal Church of Haiti in the Saline area, at Caribbean Port Service (CPS) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-37154-haiti-flash-seizure-of-weapons-and-ammunition-imported-under-cover-of-the-franchise-of-the-episcopal-church-of-haiti.html the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) invited for hearing Father Frantz Cole, the current diocesan executive secretary of the Episcopal Church on August 5, 2022, in order to answer questions within the framework of the investigation.

But on August 5 Father Frantz Cole did not show up, nor on August 12 and 14 during two other invitations...

According to various sources, it would be Father Frantz Cole who initiated the customs clearance process for the container and who contacted Gina Jean-Louis Rolls https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-37163-icihaiti-arms-trafficking-arrest-of-gina-jl-rolls-customs-broker.html as a customs agent (broker) to ask her to follow up on the customs clearance of the container in question.

But there is no evidence so far that Father Cole was aware of the weapons and ammunition hidden in the container.

Me Jacques Lafontant, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince condemned on a radio of the capital the behavior of Father Cole who decides to obstruct justice, evoking a flagrant violation of the law.

He invites Father Cole one last time to present himself to the DCPJ to explain himself and prevent measures being taken against him without specifying which ones. However, this could most likely result in a bench warrant (appearance under duress)
