Saturday August 6, 2022, in the area of ​​Laboule 12 (Commune of Pétion-ville), unidentified armed individuals targeted a car in which was the former Senator of the South, Yvon Buissereth the current Director General of The Public Promotion and Social Housing Company (EPPLS) since 2017 and at least one other passenger.

The gang led by "Ti makak" which reigns terror in the Laboule 12 area is pointed out in the execution of this crime.
