Haiti - Diplomacy : Message of sympathy from President Martelly to the American people

The President Michel Martelly, learned that a 5.9 magnitude earthquake was felt on Tuesday near Washington DC, in the states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York and Massachusetts. The tremors have caused a panic among the different affected populations. On this occasion, the people of Haiti wants to show its solidarity with the American people. The head of the State address its sympathies to his counterpart, the President Barack Obama and to the American people hoping that these shocks did not cause any loss of life, apart from the emotional shock among citizens.
