Tuesday, April 26, 2022, as part of the qualification of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) zone for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup (India October 11 to 30, 2022), after their victory in their first pool match against Cuba [2-0), our young Grenadières U-17 in Group H faced El Salvador on the lawn of the Pan American stadium in San Cristobal in the Dominican Republic

Visibly lacking in leg, our young grenadiers did not live up to expectations and were humiliated [2-0] by El Salvador despite the many changes made by coach Harold Edma, nothing worked.
