A Dominican soldier in prison for having punctured the tires of Haitian trucks

On Tuesday, the Specialized Land Borders Security Corps (CESFRONT) sanctioned a soldier who was an officer of the day at the check-in and check-out point of the detachment in the Carrizal commercial area, for having punctured the front tires of two goods trucks registered in Haiti, parked in an unauthorized place.
