The Taiwanese Government has just launched for the year 2022 the two scholarship programs : "MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program" and "ICDF Higher International Education Scholarship Program" for bachelor’s levels. master's and doctorate.

MOFA:

The program is taught in Mandarin. One year of language study is included in the scholarship. Candidates can apply in all disciplines taught in Taiwan following a year of Mandarin study. For the License (Bachelor), the scholarship is granted for 5 years (1 year of learning Mandarin + 4 years of university studies). For the Master's degree, the scholarship is granted for 3 years: 1 year of learning Mandarin + 2 years of university studies.

Applicants must submit their application before March 1st, 2022 to the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan), located at #22, Rue Lucien Hubert, Morne Calvaire, Pétion-Ville, in an envelope indicating : Demande de bourse "MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program"

Candidates selected for the pre-selection will be informed by e-mail or telephone before March 15, 2022 to participate in a written and oral examination at the Embassy.

Candidates selected for the final selection will be informed beginning of July 2022.

ICDF:

The program is taught in English. This program is intended for Haitian students with a good level of English, wishing to continue their studies in English in 34 study programs in Taiwan including 9 for the License, 22 for the Masters and 3 for the Doctorate. For the License (Bachelor), the scholarship is granted for 4 years. For the Master's degree, the scholarship is granted for 2 years. For the Doctorate (Ph.D.), the scholarship is granted for 4 years.
