The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs those concerned that the Colombian Institute for Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) through the scholarship of the "Reciprocity Program for Foreigners in Colombia", launches a call for candidacies for studies at master's and doctoral levels.

Note that this scholarship covers the costs of study, installation, of medical insurance, subsistence and material.
