Haiti - Diaspora : (D-3), 3rd edition of the Festi Théâtre Creole

The Creole Theater Company announces that the 3rd

edition of the Creole Theater Fest will take place from October 22 to 31, 2021, both in several Montreal venues and online around the theme "M se kreyòl nan divèsite a" (I am Creole in diversity). There are a multitude of Creolities, and as many cultures are attached to it.

For 10 days, theater, storytelling, music, humor, poetry, workshops and talks will take place around Creole cultures.

October 22 will mark the launch of the festival at the Conseil des arts de Montréal.

The festival also includes an evening of humor, sales and signature sessions, a conference on the musical heritage of the French West Indies, as well as a special poetry bouillon edition of the evening "M ap di lakay mwen" (I say to the house ) which will take place at the Espace Custeau in Gesù on the evening of October 28.

Without forgetting the acoustic evening of October 30 with Amos Coulanges, renowned Haitian guitarist.

The festival will end with a play which the Compagnie Théâtre Créole has in store for you, a surprise !

In addition, an exhibition of works by Marjorie Lovinsky and Marven Clerveau will be presented throughout the festival at the Rivière-des-Prairies Library.

IMPORTANT :

Due to the sanitary situation, the number of places is limited for certain events. You must reserve your seat or purchase your tickets before the day of the event
