Friday, October 8, 2021, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) presented a partial assessment of the operations carried out for the period from September 1 to October 7, 2021 :

27 targeted operations were carried out throughout the nationa territory;

825 individuals were arrested nationwide for various reasons including : theft, rape, criminal conspiracy and kidnapping;

29 firearms and ammunition were seized;

150 vehicles were confiscated;

Around 20 bandits were killed in an exchange of fire with PNH agents.

In addition, 5.25 kg of cocaine and 249.91 kg of marijuana were also seized by the national police.

In addition, the security forces escorted and protected from gang attacks 354 fuel tankers from the Varreux depot to the various service stations.
