In a speech, Prime Minister Henry addressing the new members said "The existence of the CSPJ is the guarantee of the independence of judges. In my view, it constitutes an essential pillar in the consolidation of democratic gains and the principle of the separation of powers.

Haitians must regain confidence in the justice of our country. Everyone has their eyes fixed on you who have the heavy task of running the system, ensuring discipline among judges and eradicating corruption in the judiciary.

The CSPJ, in its capacity as an organ of administration, control, discipline and deliberation of the judiciary, in concert with its State, local or international partners, must set the tone, and ensure that justice responds to its sacrosanct mission. All together, therefore, let us commit ourselves to giving justice back its letters of nobility."

Ariel Henry, affirmed that this 4th Judicature is "a proof that the country is on the way to become again a rule of law" by restoring the confidence of the citizens in the judicial system by taking the opportunity to call for "the common commitment to give back to the justice its letters of nobility.
