Minister Boivert condemns such practices and reminds the creators of these accounts that their act constitutes several major offenses, including identity theft which is a crime under public law punishable both by the laws of Haiti and by conventions. international standards in this area.

Faced with such actions, Patrick Boisvert calls for vigilance all those, physical personalities or institutions, having received an email in his name, requesting a sum of money or any service not to respond to their request and to refer to the competent authorities for legal consequences.
