Haiti - FLASH jobs : The Town Hall of Cap-Haitien is recruiting, applications open

As part of the implementation of the program to modernize the municipal administration, the Commune of Cap-Haitien, supported by the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Collectivities, is recruiting around 20 municipal officials, between 20 and 50 years, for the positions of General Directorate, Administrative Department, Human Resources and Territory Department. The Municipality also recruits Heads or Responsibles for the Human Resources, Taxation, Civil Security and Community Facilities Services. We are also looking for Technicians in Human Resources, Health, Accounting, Urban Planning, Environment, Traffic, Transport and Road Safety, Electricity, an Archives technician and finally Managers for the legal, IT and Internal Control units.

The application file must contain a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, photocopies of attestations, certificates and diplomas obtained, a color identity photo, a copy of the national identification card or unique identification card or driver license.

The reception of applications runs from May 19 to June 2, 2021 (deadline).

The scheduled date for the written assessment is Sunday, June 13, 2021 (any change to this date will be publicly communicated).

The files will be submitted in paper version in a closed envelope and in electronic version. The envelope will be handed over by the candidate to the Cap-Haïtien City Hall located at Rue 20 FG from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm The electronic version will be sent by the interested party to recrutementmairieducap2021@gmail.com in a single zipped (compressed) file gathering all the requested parts.

A candidate can only apply for one position.

In the event that a person applies for several positions at the same time, his files will be canceled.

Candidates meeting the required criteria will be selected and called upon to participate in a competition which will include a written assessment, an oral assessment and a computer assessment.

Applications from women are strongly encouraged and to equal skills, women will be given priority. When submitting your files to the Cap-Haitien City Hall, request an acknowledgment of receipt.
