Haiti - Insecurity : 5 people kidnapped in 24 hours

Wednesday April 21, Me Rogavil Boisguéné, President of the Council of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA) informed that the day before, Mr. Normalis Paul, civil servant and auditor at the Court, driving his vehicle in which was his wife, his son and Mrs. Mimose Benoit a maid at the Court, were intercepted and kidnapped by unidentified individuals between 4th Avenue Bolosse and Martissant, while they were returning to their home in the Commune of Carrefour.

This situation deeply affects the staff of the institution, which is why Me Rogavil Boisguéné hopes that the measures imposed by the circumstances will be taken so that the kidnapped people can regain their freedom, return to their place of work and join their families in the best possible delay.

Note that same Tuesday around 9:00 p.m. in the area of ​​Brochette and Waney 87, armed individuals kidnapped Guy Blaise, an employee of the Saint-Boniface hospital in Fond-des-Blancs.
