He reiterated a call for dialogue to lay the foundations for a national understanding, arguing for a Governability Pact involving the ruling power, the opposition and civil society in order to end the crisis; Invited the opposition to take their responsibilities vis-à-vis the Nation; asserted that he would not stand idly by in the face of insecurity; invited experts and constitutional experts to join the Independent Advisory Committee on the draft new Constitution and returned to the "corrupt oligarchs" among other topics discussed ...
