Police officer kills Tap-Tap driver

On Friday, a Tap-Tap driver who provided the link between Delmas 33 and Kafou Gérald-Bataille was killed in Delmas 33 by a Police officer. According to witnesses, an altercation between the police officer and the driver over an alleged traffic violation is at the origin of this tragedy.
