The Government Commissioner, Me Auguste Harrycidas has reconvened Franck Ciné, this Tuesday and Monday he gave details of the provisional release of Mr. Ciné.

We are in the context of a preliminary investigation, we are moving and the law allows us, when we hear a person, if the hearing is not over and that we need additional information, to invite him to return, [...] we have the right to take this precautionary measure. Franck Ciné did not exceed 48 hours, Saturday morning when we made his release [...]

There are other people who have already been invited and which will come before the public prosecutor to give us an explanation in relation to the data we have. We follow the tracks and each time we find elements that allow us to invite other people, we invite them so we can see more clearly. Remember that this is an investigation and that we are still under preliminary investigation, but we are moving [...] I want to do everything I have to do in this investigation, in a transparent manner."
