Monday in Cap-Haitien, the divisional inspector Anassé Dorival, spokesperson for the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in the North, presented to the media 22 firearms including 2 rifles of caliber 12 seized within the framework of the operations "Koukouwouj and Terminator 1".

President Moïse calls for lower fuel prices

"I promised to enforce the law of March 9, 1995, on the prices of petroleum products. Today, the cost of kerosene and diesel has fallen in the international market. I ask the competent authorities to revise the prices of these products downwards without delay," declared Tuesday Jovenel Moïse.

The old CIN is no longer in force

In a note dated October 20, Me Rockefeller Vincent the Minister of Justice recalls that the old National Identification Card is no longer in force, since October 16, 2020 in accordance with the decree of June 18, 2020. Towards a strengthening of CARICOM in Japan

On Tuesday October 20, Ambassador of Haiti to Japan Helph Monod Honorat paid a courtesy visit to his counterpart at the Embassy of Jamaica in Japan, Ambassador Shorna-Kay M. Richard. It was about the traditional bonds of friendship and fraternity that unite the two Nations but especially on the intention of Ambassador Honorat to work with the Jamaican diplomatic representation in order to strengthen the presence of Caricom in Japan, knowing that Haiti and Jamaica are the only two CARICOM countries that have a resident diplomatic representation in Tokyo.
