Diaspora : The Mayor of Cap-Haitien on tour in Miami

From September 19 to 27, 2020, Yvrose Pierre, the Mayor of Cap-Haitien, will make a major tour in Miami to meet the Capoise diaspora. This tour will allow her to share her vision of the development of the city of Cap-Haitien with members of the diaspora.

Caricom wants more participation from Haiti
