Monday the Office of the Presidency has condemned the assassination of all his forces, Sunday of the Director of the Banque Nationale de Credit (BNC), Guiteau Toussaint and sends its condolences to the family and friends of the victim.

With the death of Toussaint Guiteau, the country has lost a great skilled technician, a citizen of change... Guiteau Toussaint took the BNC [12 years ago] in a deplorable state, a bank which had almost gone bankrupt, to rebuild it, modernize it and place it among the three largest banks in the country at the day of today.

This week, Mr. Toussaint, would have presented to the Presidency a projet named "Kay Pa m", a loan program to enable the poor to build houses and help remove people from the street.

The Office of the Presidency was outraged to see how insecurity begins again to sow the mourning in the country. The Head of State met the authorities of Justice as the Government Commissioner and DCPJ [Central Directorate of Judicial Police] and has gave the order for that a serious investigation is initiated and pushed until they found the culprits, to bring them to justice.

The President gave to the population the guarantee that he will not allow criminals and bandits cause trouble in society.
